SELF-DEVELOPMENT— focusing on the importance of SELFAWARENESS, the multiple benefits of MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS and INTUITION, the use of AFFIRMATIONS and VISUALISATION and how POSITIVE THINKING can lead to the MANIFESTATION OF YOUR GOALS.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE – a great team-building hands-on workshop that includes simple head & shoulder relaxation techniques that attendees can learn to use at work + self-massage tips, to help
release stress, prevent tension headaches and improve focus & alertness in the workplace

REIKI – how to feel and work with the natural energy flow for self-development, self-healing and treating others at home and at work—this session also includes tasters, as attendees can not practice reiki unless they have been attuned, but they can benefit greatly from experiencing it.

REFLEXOLOGY – hand reflexology self-treatment tips, easy to use in the office, at home or on the go, to relax and relieve stress & tension, balance energy levels and feel great

AROMATHERAPY - its benefits and how to use it at home and at work safely + more relaxation techniques & healthy tips

These 2hr group sessions are greatly enjoyed, cost-effective to run and beneficial all round.
